This is one of those models that I'd love to see rotational thrusters on.   Does FSO still support that?

(rotational, not rotating, attitude adjusters etc)

It should, but that would require to edit the pof as the engine pods are different subsystems while the thrusters on all 4 ends are a single one.

Wasn't it just a tbl entry?  When the the ship turns left, all the thrusters on the front right puff for a sec or two?

I'm referring to the really old feature from pre Vassagos dirge.

Yeah that's just a table edit, would have to be contestant with other ships though. (none of them have those)

I once considered making an "All ships have RCS effects" mod, but that would be super tedious to do. . . .

If anyone has any simple reskin requests, I can probably fill them. Just keep in mind the model is mirrored, so no text, and nothing complicated along the top or bottom.

May I please request a "hazardous material transport"-variant (aka space garbage truck), to move stuff to containers from the envoirnment. Dunno about a base colour, as here these colours tend to be company colours, but using having a slot for anyone to put a visible symbol based on the UNECE- or NFPA 704 (US)-systems would be nice.

I will attempt to come up with some color scheme. Maybe bright orange or safety green... but I'll just point out something funny about adding those signs slots. The Elysium is like... huge.

Here's a slightly updated release, removing those thruster glows on the texture, so when it gets disabled you won't see those glows.

I also added some more quick and dirty reskins, Brown/Beige, Bright Orange/White, Safety Green/White. Could be used for space garbage hauling, Hazmat, or alternate SAR.

I couldn't find a good place to add that slot for cargo info and be distinctive enough. Guess pilots will just need to use their sensors or something...
