Hmm....forgot to add fighters last time around...why not?
Freespace 2:
I'd love to fly the Myrmidon any day when it comes to fighters. 6 primary banks to give it the same power punch as a herc, and the ability to carry Helioses against capital vessels.
Bombers: The Ursa. Slow, steady, reliable - and most importantly, comes with massive bomb bays filled with pure Helios pwnage.
Cruisers: A Leviathan. An Aeolus is significantly effective against most ships, but it doesnt last very long. A Leviathan on the other hand, can't dish out as much, but is very capable in taking the damage and surviving far, far longer than an Aeolus would.
Corvettes: The Iceni - nothing less. Although I dont really like teh shape, I prefer the aura of mystery that surrounds this tiny ship, and the secrets it may hold about the Shivan Enigma. Definate choice over the Deimos in my book.
Destroyers: GTG Zephrys. No way in hell your getting me to command a bit-fat-target-for-sathanas-or-ravana-cannons-destroyer. I'd rather just take a miner and sit somewhere safe, far from enemy lines, thank you.
From Inferno:
Fighters: Perseus Adv.
Cruisers: The Ticonderaga!
Corvettes: No preference...
Destroyers: The GTD Raynor. Because it is the very essence, in every sense of the word, of l337n3ss. Either that, or the fearsome Lindos.
Super-caps: The Nemesis.
