i seem to be full of 'em

okay, you know how the hud's have a "glow" about them in Iwar2?,
well, give some of the "wireframe" aspecs of the hud a glow too, like the jumpnodes, and target locks, etc.. one can see where this would make for good eyecandy.. ;)
