I hope Notch adds the ability to put notes on maps.  That way when someone says "go to the lagoon" you don't have to find it by trial and error.

In game maps? Psh! Dynmap for when I want an overview of what's going on, minimap mod for when I want stuff close up.

Yeah.. when we finally update I'm not sure what good the maps are gonna be to us. We have much more sophisticated... stuff.
Trap doors will definitely be cool though.

The place has been kept natural... for the most part. :rolleyes: But I do kinda want to build a grand-canyon-esque skywalk.

I just updated my private server last night as well.  So far, so good.  Chunk loading lag seems to be better, but I still see it.
