Title: [RELEASE] City blocks

This was more a proof of concept than something to be used in a campaign but there were a few people who showed interest in the assets.

These are very rough greebly polygons that are supposed to look like a city block from a long way away. Maybe. If you squint, or don't get too close, and use nebula clouds to make everything blurry. Night cityscapes are best because your brain fills in the what you can't see in the darkness.

Maybe one day if I work hard enough I can get it looking like HAWX:

You know that ain't so hard.... with a slight hack in the nebula poofs and code to give you a more smooth fog.... I think that can be pulled off!

Yes I still wonder if Zacam ever touched on that thing again...
