Title: Missile trails
Post by: ##UnknownPlayer## on January 13, 2003, 08:34:53 am
Has anyone given any thought to maybe changing how the missile trails work in FS? I know they look very pretty right now and all, but I find that the ends of them and the jaggedness they can take on often makes them look pretty awkward.
So I'm thinking, maybe we could replace them with a series of sprites emitted by the missile that individually expand on their own and burst. I'm just wondering how much processor power this would eat up (not to mention getting the CVS would be a pain for me right now....dial up....corrupt telcos....AHHH!!!!!)
