Summary:

It's canon.

It's a group or faction etc, but not a squadron or company.

It has nothing to do with the Shivans.

They're armed.

They're Terran.

They're not exclusive to the techroom.

They are in FS2 and more.

They are not antagonists. Canonically, which may suggest they are outside of canon. I wonder if they could become antagonists in the game.

It isn't the GTVA or the Terran race.
