Complaints have been voiced that the source documentation is lacking. How about building the source-code project's own documentation as changes are made, so that less experienced coders (Like me) could actually get involved in the SCP?
The returns would also be very great if someone leaves the team due to time restraints, real life, etc. and someone else needs to continue where he's been working.

That's why we have rules about comments, so we can re-run Doxygen ;)

We have a baseline Doxygen output on the site, have you looked at that?
