Frame rate drops

I am having an issue with framerate drops whenever I look towards a star in game. These seem to only occur durind non-retail campaigns which I played with Mediavps 2014.

In previous versions of the game I played last year this problem did not occur.

Try disabling lightshafts in the launcher?
