Really? I can't recall seeing anything like them except for perhaps the red tether-things on the front-port side of the SD Ravana. Refresh my memory, Nyct, which Shivan ships have pipe textures?

Apparently there's a limit of pipes... After which it's not Shivan anymore. I was unaware.

Also the old Shivan tiles have plenty of pipes, wires, and cables. They are literally on the side if the retail Demon itself.

It's about not how many pipes and cables there are, it's their thickness that determines all. . . .

Here's the receipts screenshotted from retail. Some of these are more open to interpretation than others and that's the point. What you always saw in these old blurry textures aren't always what others saw. Be careful making blanket statements about what certain things should and shouldn't be.

I just noticed that all the highlights Mjn.mixael showed us were of the old retail textures, not the new Media.vps. I'm wondering if all this piping/tubing carried over into the new graphics. I think I'd be disappointed if it didn't.

Well the MVP textures are most likely the same as the retail ones, just high-res.
