They're using shots from the show and not the game to advertise us.

Though... if we added a little more variety to the flak explosions we'd be pretty damn close to that season 2 show shot...

C't, one of Germany's biggest and best IT publications, mentioned both Diaspora and WCS in their "Best games of the year" roundup (small mentions, mind you, but mentions nonetheless!).

for those that don't know: gamestar is germany's most important gaming mag
so you got half a page on the most important gaming mag here, on paper! printed! i'd say that's something (and they even did mention it is standalone and can be downloaded without owning freespace 2)

The archives are only available to subscribers, and even if the editor or whatever wanted the articles to be licensed under the GNU FDL and be freely available online, the guys at Future publishing wouldn't allow this, as the printed magazine would be pointless to buy. IMO
