Been digging though the forums lately and found some people complaining that when they get the excalibur ship, they have no guns at all. They said that it is a bug and that the best way is to borrow a completed save file from someone else to play the missions afterwards. I dont know if its fixed. Does anyone have a completed save file to get past this?

There should be a fix for it the on the WCS forums, let me dig it out.
EDIT - Found the repair tool (http://www.wcsaga.com/index.php/forum-sp-468/3-tech-support/8641-tool-epw-bug-repair-excalibur-has-no-primary-weapons.html). It seems fairly rare though, so you might not encounter it at all.
