I'll buy it, occasionally, on organizational issues, but not on art direction.

It's a little bit organic, which conveys that it is not just a conveyance but something with agency; it's sleek, it's threatening, it invokes a bit of sleeping Elder God, it can look like a spaceship, a squid, a grasping hand, yeah, all around I think it's just a good piece of work.

I have faith that the good half of Bioware (i.e. not the Dragon Age 2 team) will make it not stupid in Mass Effect 3.

Also the original concept art for the humanreaper had it as kind of a skull motif in the cuttlefish design so I think it would've grown up into something not stupid. I PRAY IT IS SO

You might be thinking why I've referred it multiple times already. Honestly, I think I've never seen anything more frightening then that ship. Not even Nightmares or Ishimura or the squid ship posted a while ago (hell, the Narada is a squid ship after all). The countless spikes form an appearance of a purely evil ship.

Can anyone mod it for FreeSpace? Perhaps the modelling might be complicated, but once done, you have a 10 km monster throwing dozens of cluster missiles at a fleet that it dwarfs.

Yeah, it honestly just looks like a mess of random spikes everywhere. Not very visually intimidating nor aesthetically pleasing.
