Okay, gents. It turned out that the missions that were included in the release are not actually the most recent versions.
Get the newest missions here. Get all these files into FreeSpace 2/Casualties of War/data/missions.

Only one small problem with the edit. Now the download link only contains the mission files and nothing else.
