Last 3 Cutscenes (Capella going Supernova and Ending part 1 and 2) won't play. They also do not appear at the game menu.
- How to check if I have them at all?
- If I don't, where should I download them?

I also have noticed this problem, I think a couple of months ago while doing a playthrough on Hard mode.
I suspect it may be a mediavps issue.

I downloaded OGG files and placed them into FreeSpace/data/movies folder but it didn't help.
Don't know maybe you actually have to play through the whole campaign again in order to see them in the menu, but I'm not very anxious to do that just to check on the movies.
BTW, folder and a vp file have the same size - 263 640 kbytes, so most likely Cutscene.vp file does have these movies.

Aardwold, no offense intended, but did you ever consider that posing a possible reason for an error to the person encountering the error would best not be answered in five point font?

You'll have to play the campaign up to a certain point in order to get a cutscene to appear in the cutscene list. If you want to just view the cutscenes in-game without actually playing, go to the tech room, open the cutscene section and hit Ctrl + Shift + S.
If you meant that the last cutscenes won't play even when you play through the last mission... well, something is definitely wrong.

Well, I did as you told - pressed Ctrl+Shift+S and cutscenes appeared in the menu (of course I removed OGG folder I placed earlier).
So from the menu these 3 cutscenes work just fine, but they do not play during actual gameplay between the missions and at the end of main FS2 campaign.

This happened to me, but I thought it was because I jumped out at the same time that the supernova hit me. I also got no debriefing.

I think we might have a problem here.

So, I realize that this might be considered thread necromancy, but I have the exact same problem. The final mission cutscenes won't play, and I don't get the debriefing. Any advice on what might be wrong?

I suspect there's something going systematically wrong here, and not on the user side. But it's just a hunch.

There has been a rising increase in reports on this matter.
It is being looked into personally, and if there is anything to correct, it will be done by the next release (and if necessary, a Patch refresh to address it in the interim).
EDIT: I would also like to point out that the MediaVPs does have a Mantis. But it doesn't seem like anybody actually reports anything on it. If you'd like to make sure something get's fixed and REMEMBERED (rather than forgotten or lost in post crawl) then please, use it to report issues. Thank you.
