Title: How to use additional mouse buttons?

As i noticed most of the older games like fs doesn't see additional side mouse buttons. I have ravcore tempest and drivers to it but there is limited options to change the destination of the buttons, and game always see just 3 of them. Does someone know solution for this meybe program to change the buttons for some keyboard buttons?

The game should be able to recognize scroll up and scroll down as buttons. Since you're unlikely to actually use them you can use whatever software comes with your mouse to bind buttons 4 and 5 to scroll up and scroll down which can then get recognized by FSO.

Alternatively you can use that profiler software to bind your extra buttons to unused keyboard keys and then bind those in-game.

It's probably built in to the manufacturer's driver.  The manual (https://www.ravcore.com/en/support/?pid=428) that came with your mouse should tell you how to use the profiler software.
