Since we are getting close to a first official release I'd like to get a list of credits.  I've tried to keep track of most of the stuff and things I have requested to be included I do have credits for.  Unfortunately I'm not the best at remembering all the small stuff when I'm trying to get things done.  I'd like to here from anyone that has contributed something so I can get the credits correct.  

Just post and say what you did.  That includes are heavy beta testers.

Also post if you added something created by someone else or know of something that was worked on by another person.
