[macOS High Sierra] Can't launch / FS2 Open did not generate a flag file
Hey there,
I'm running macOS High Sierra 10.13.4 and installed via the Open Installer. Everything went smoothly but when running the wxlauncher and selecting the proper root folder / exe I can not select a resolution and the "Play" button is greyed out. In the lower right corner it also says when first selecting the root folder:

"image255x112 has invalid dimensions 252x111"

And after that

"FS2 Open did not generate a flag file"

Any tipps?

Thanks!

Re: [macOS High Sierra] Can't launch / FS2 Open did not generate a flag file
The two messages probably are unrelated to one another. The first one indicates an issue with the launcher image used by one of the mods you have installed but that shouldn't affect gameplay.

As for problems with the executable, there have been issues in the past with invalid macOS builds being bundled with the installer, so the first thing I'd try is getting the official 3.8.0 builds from the release thread.

Hope that helps.

Thank you, that did the trick! I downloaded both the newest wxlauncher and FS2 Open for Mac. Now the game runs smoothly. Wonderful!
