Avenue 5 has been described as "set in the future, mostly in space."[1] Onboard the interplanetary cruise ship the Avenue 5, a massive systems malfunction sends the titular vessel far off course.[2] It's estimated it will take the ship years to return to Earth, and with only enough supplies to sustain her many passengers for the intended eight week long cruise, the crew of the Avenue 5 must struggle to maintain order and return the craft safely.

Yeah, this strikes me as Gilligan's Island + Passengers but not nearly as funny. Unless they grow a bunch of potatoes in a hydroponics bay like Mark Watney did in The Martian (as well as having a crapton of vitamin supplements for all the crew and passengers), and build a second hydroponics bay with plants that can replenish their oxygen supply, AND find a way to manufacture enough fuel to make up for their longer course through space, they're pretty much screwed.

This is space. It does not cooperate.
