No Radar Beacon in c3:05 The Pursuit

So I'm at the mission where we warp to Earth. I don't see any radar blips or signals on my HUD, so I can't trigger the mission to continue. Can somebody tell me the general direction of the beacon, relative to your initial view post-jump?

Your radar range is probably not set to infinity. I believe the default key to cycle through radar ranges is R. Look up your ingame key bindings if you're not sure.

The range should be visible right next to the radar orb.
