This a great model.....Much better than Volition could ever do.....

I sincerely think that only a few here could do what V could do with computers of now.

I've made a UV for this, but since it's pretty much my first (not counting a bunch where I just used the 'AutoUV' of Wings3D) I don't know if what I did is any good. There is a geometry error somewhere as well, and I can't seem to find it, but I am pretty much done with this model.

Now for the fun part... getting you guys to argue for rights to finish the job!

Sure, I've got a screeny. Although I think I did a better job with this than I could have with AutoUV, I don't know how good of a job it was, and I really doubt I could make it match the existing map. I may shuffle some of the uv charts (this is the Wings3D name, I don't know if it's a standard term) to make things that require detail detailed, etc.

Well, cant you UV map on top of a map in wings? And ofcourse it all then comes with practice, for you to be able to UV it for the texture... only the first time is the hardest :)
