Title: creating my own Colonial Seal

I would like to know How can I create my own Colonial Seal. I want it  to read as Follows " Battlestar Perseus BSG-83".

You would need sufficient knowledge of a decent image editing program, such as Photoshop or The Gimp. Not to put you off, but if you don't know anything about using these then learning how to create your own seal so it looks good will take some time and effort - it won't be a quick tweak.
