RELEASE: CATACLYSM BETA 1.1.1
Kher:
no problem m8, ur life come first, if only i had time and motivation to learn how to FRED properly, i would have helped, it's kinda refreshing to see new things like ur campaign or Solaris, Dark Water and Shadow Genesis for exemple, i hope some ppl will use Cataclysm as a base to create some more campaign around this plot, as i said, there so much potential
CT27:
I completed this and overall it was pretty good. The unique setting felt ominous.
Who would you say is worse (this question can be for NeonShivan or anyone else who'd like to answer): the Shivans or Pretans?

A filthy xeno is a filthy xeno.

The impression I got from the campaign was that the Shivans are kind of an 'orderly evil' while the Pretans are more of a 'chaotic evil'. Is that an accurate read?

I'm excited to see what the updated Cataclysm brings after playing the previous version earlier this year. :)
I encountered a bug with mission 2, though: If you leave before all (non prototype) cargo containers are destroyed, but without failing the main objectives, after the debriefing you'll get kicked back to the main hall and the campaign will be treated as complete. Thankfully I only have to redo one mission to get back where I was! :p
EDIT: Another problem in mission 3 - maybe I got unlucky on the ships' positioning, but after the Tagus jumped in, it didn't close into range of the Eurynome but simply sat there to get beamed to death. There's no message or debriefing for losing the Tagus (I killed the Eurynome with cheats to check) so that's clearly not intended.
