I'm having a similar problem flew a mission just fine and went to the next and my ship wont move or fire its weapons, all targeting and everything else seems to be working but lost all movement. Please any suggestions would be awesome and I'm just using the mouse and keyboard.

Try again with a new pilot. Make sure you are using patch 1.0.3.
