I was reading the ST:R readme the other day... There seems to be a clue in there to what the Grand Prize is gonna be.

I thought that was referring to the scary little "ACCESS DENIED" screen that popped up when we were poking around the Holonet file archives.

I also doubt that a graphical artist was needed for that, it was quite straightforward IIRC.

Well, that secret archive section was the end of our active role in Phoenix, as well as the jumping-off point from where we would have received the final prize if it had been ready. And for all we know, neither Goober nor Galemp is fluent in Flash.
