Title: FSPort and ST:R Crash at Startup with Latest Nightly

Sorry, but other than V19 (which works fine with FSPort) I don't have another EXE to test FSPort and ST:R with (I broke my cardinal rule and deleted my previous nightlies before testing all of my mods first - doh).

You can always reinstall nightly. Go to Explore - FSO - choose build from list - click install. Then in Home change FSO Settings for mod and choose that build, and click save.

Try the upcoming nightly.  There have been some fixes which went in quite recently.

I went back to 09/10/2020 and it works fine. Don't ask me what I had to do to get Knossos to accept a previous nightly (lots of mod.json editing goodness) but the earlier nightly starts and runs fine.

The awesome thing about the 9/10 nightly and the latest FSPort MediaVPs are the weapons effects - visually, the way the various energy weapons react against shields is soooo cool. Loving it.

What's not so good - so many sound issues. Weapon firing sounds not playing at least half of the time. Not hearing laser firing or missile firing or switching from one bank to another or afterburner not firing or explosions not being heard. While I like the new explosion sounds and laser/missile shot/hit sound pack a lot - they need to be heard consistently. Not every other shot or hit or explosion. There are obviously some audio issues with the latest EXE/MediaVPs and whether this is EXE/MediaVP/OpenAL related, it needs to be sorted out since it gets progressively worse with each release of the MediaVPS and EXEs.

As a user you can force a specific build by using the FSO Settings option in the mod-specific dropdown or Options>FSO Settings the Details pageof a mod on Knossos

I knew you could select a different EXE for each mod by selecting it from the FSO Settings menu under each mod, but under the SCP's "mod" where you can download the newest EXE's, is it possible to have Knossos download any previous versions of a nightly EXE? I couldn't figure it out (or if it's even possible), so like I said, I did it manually. The latest nightly I currently see on the site is 9/10, so if there is one after 9/16 (the version that crashes), then it's not yet visible on the hard-light site after the site outage that happened a couple of weeks ago (and the SCP mod in Knossos isn't offering any new nightlies at the moment after 9/16).

Speaking of which, what happened to the hard-light.net site? Was the site moved to another server or did the server crash and have to be restored?

All of the above.
