IIRC collisions/collision damage are currently disabled, so if you did, it was a glitch.

Despite having played through it not that long ago, there are a fair number of puzzles that I don't remember offhand how to solve, so it's also at least a bit challenging.

Started Maniac Mansion. Strange how unforgiving it is compared to Day of the Tentacle and other LucasArts/Lucasfilm games. Also, I thought DoTT's 9 verbs could be a bit much, but Maniac Mansion has 15.

I do miss the "Look At" verb and the descriptions it gives. Maybe there wasn't enough space to store descriptions?

The "What Is" verb allows you to identify which objects you can potentially interact with by displaying their name when you hover the mouse pointer over them, although there doesn't seem to be a way to get descriptions beyond just a name.

Not at all, thanks to the Virtual Console.  I've just never gotten around to grabbing it.
