It was misspelled as "Mirfax" in a Volition CBANI somewhere towards the end of the main FS2 campaign.

Not as common a mistake in the community as "Dubbe" tho. It's Dubhe dangit! :p

You're right.  Never noticed that.  Its in the middle of the campaign where they describe Bosch leaving Polaris and heading for Gamma Draconis.

Mirfak is also misspelled as 'Mirfax' in cb_sm3-08_c.ani and cb_sm3-08_e.ani as well.

Just wondering about one thing (but please don't kill me if this has been already awnsered somewhere else :p ). I see there's Cygnus X-1 system which appears also in Machina Terra. So here's the question - are BWO and MT universes connected to each other?
If in your opinion there's no difference beetwen "Master Game" and "Game Master", I can only feel for you.

No. MT has the Terran Alliance, but BWO has the Sol Coalition or whatever they're called.

They are on a separate universe, and not :P

They are both set on the FS Universe, but they branch differently on how things work out after FS2 :)

Gehenna....What the hell kinda system is Gehenna ? Is that a shivan controlled system? I've never seen that system before in FS2, and i dont recall any meson bombs been sent through the jump node to 'gehenna' to seal it off. Am i correct in assuming thats where the Lucifer came from?

Something that might occupy your time before BWO comes out.  If you haven't played them then Derelict, Twilight, and Warzone should all be on the top of your lists.  Warzone is currently being remade by the Campaign Restoration Project: http://www.hard-light.net/forums/index.php/board,146.0.html

Ace, is Twilight still around for download?  It was a great campaign...short but extremely good!
