Question regarding the openGL port?
GCC 3 is on the ps2linux community site I think, isn't it? Or are you talking about the vanilla x86 compile?

And thanks for the link relnev, looking forward to looking at it :)

Question regarding the openGL port?
Yup, GCC 3.0.3. Over halfway downloaded. And for some reason it didn't seem to need me to download this file using SSL.

Question regarding the openGL port?
wow... that's all I can say.... looks damn good... very good FPS on my box... no sound at all thought, but that's because I did have to comment out a section in one of the files (I forget which) that had some sound stuff in it, in order for it to compile.  Most likely a problem with OpenAL, which I just downloaded the debian package for.  Anyone here been able to get it to compile out of the box using Sid?

Question regarding the openGL port?
What I meant was: A while ago when I tried to download the kernel source with GetRight it didn't do it because it wanted to use https which GetRight doesn't support. I had to download it using IE which meant no pause/resume. Now, for some reason, I can download GCC 3 with GetRight. (That's a good thing.) Wonder if it was a system wide change as I haven't tried downloading other programs with GetRight lately.

Question regarding the openGL port?
Well, GCC 3.0.3 got a bit farther, but ran into some assembly that wasn't taken out. So this version won't compile on PS2Linux without modifications. (I believe the file was aaline.cpp, and there may be more.) May see if it'll compile under Cygwin later, if I get GCC 3 for it.

Now to see if I can get Wings3D working. :D
