Title: Crash- no error message- FS2 Open

The title says it all... Ive got babylon in a mod folder with latest 3.6.5 build + VP (not in mod folder), TBP full release 2 with speech patch

Switched to Mists of Fire Campaign, and whenever I click continue or select a single mission in tech room- CTD


edit- here are my options

C:\Games\FreeSpace2\fs2_open_r-T365.exe -glow -pcx32 -jpgtga -d3dmipmap -dualscanlines -ship_choice_3d -targetinfo -orbradar -tbpwarpeffects -3dwarp  -allslev -mod Babylon

Mists of Fire campaign doesn't work.

I get the same crash though, on some missions I make. I think it's to do with how many ships/fighters are in the mission, I'm quite sure there's a limit.

Does this happen with all missions? Did you try to use a debug build? The debug build is the fs2_open_d-T365.exe one.

I hope you did not use fs2_open_r-T365-inf.exe because that one is as special build for Inferno and most likely won't for for vanilla FS2 or other mods.

I'll try some other missions then- and I was using the standard _r build

It worked- must have been the ship limits in some missions as you said

Good work! I love the new HUD/SFX especially.

Now if only I could get specular working...

The INF build WILL work with vanilla FS2 or other mods. I've been using it for just that purpose on the graphically intensive ones; it handles them better.
