I'm on the "zero problems with epic" side of the fence.

Think about how much payday loans (never used them) , car finance (or these) and insurance (life/car) with really dodgy terms are.  People still use them, not to mention stupid things like high street shops that offer in store tech support for technically illiterate people.   That's extortionate, and they all hide terms deep in legalese.

At least epic throws their terms in your face in near English.
