Big bug with PCS2 versions prior to RC2D

Will present as one of two situations
A) Overly large BSP data
B) Crash on save

either case should now be solved in RC2D or later - this affects all models.


Please hold off on 3.6.10 for PCS2 final so all bugs like this can be corrected and you can resave all models
