Single mission, it tells the tale of the a loyalist 6th Fleet squadron driven from their home by the NTF, and now taking that home back 18 months later. Escort the GTD Master as it secures the Polaris VI orbital shipyards. FS2_Open 3.6 or better required, just drop it in your data/missions folder.

Excellent Mission,

Spoiler:
the Vindicator ended up at 1% By the time the last wave of bombers came, but I still managed to save it.  Only thing is the Colossus didn't come in when the Vindicator mentioned its timely arrival and the NTD Vindicator was destroyed in "A Sicilian Defenc/se"(Depending on your spelling)

Spoiler tags please.

Same problems, also, the Ursa bomber wing is a bit vulnerable all by iteslf, I would have given it an escort.  Still a not bad mission.

Bah...I knew that name had been used before...

Spoiler:
I stupidly linked the Colossus' arrival to the wrong event. It was an afterthought, which I didn't test. Now I know better then to do that. As for the Ursas, they're mainly meant to sneak in while you're distracted, and the last wave is just to make you paranoid about the condition of the Vindicator...err...Master. Yes, I fixed the name.

Bugs fixed. The ZIP is necessary: Geocites doesn't like .fs2 files.

I was thinking of PMming him the same question.  When I look at it, I think "night-manager".

Hey ngtm1r, does that name stand for nightmare? Every time I see your name, I call it and think of it as "nightmare".

In a way. Lo, those many eons ago when I first got my hands on the 'Mech design rules for Classic Battletech, the first thing I designed was your typical n00binator 'Mech: 100 tons, fully armored, barely mobile battery of PPCs. I don't even remember the stats anymore, but I named it Nightmare. NGTM-1R was the model number of the 'Mech, and also the name I used for my first e-mail account and pretty much everything else web-based since.

Also, what's the word "Uber" mean? Big, super? I don't think it's a real word.

Uber is German. The best literal translation is "over", but it's often used in such a way as to be "superior".
