Basically, you run the EXE with "-output_sexps" as a flag and it spits it all out in the semi-formatted HTML page you see at the link.

This is for people on other platforms without direct access to FRED, to aid in mission design through text editing. Or if you just need some bathroom reading, you can print it out or put it on your PDA.

the only problem is that if any angle brackets exist, then you should print them out as (ampersand)lt and (ampersand)gt < >
