There's no proof that they were manufactured in the Sol system. I don't include the Loki or Zeus at all even though there could be GTI plans for them in the system.
I only included it for legacy support.

Well the Antaeus is considered the best fighter now

Since it was a joint project with the Vasudans it is uncertain if Sol would continue/be able to produce it. So I left it out of the campaign but included it in the mod for those who may want it.

If I finish FreeSpace 1 Overhaul with FreeSpace Freak, I'm going to create a campaign that has you playing as the GTI. Do you mind if I use a few INF:A ships? Wait a sec, doesn't the Antaeus have only 1 missile bank?

Sure though I don't include any interface art other than shield icons so you'll need to make your own if you don't use the games built in capabilities to generate the art.

Yeah it only has 1 missile bank, it's the only main weak point of the fighter.

Yeah, but it has more gun mounts than the Herc 2.

It was dubbed the Herc 1.5 by some.

But in Sol they didn't know about the GTVA's Herc Mk II. They could've called it the GTF Hercules Mark II, they had no knowledge of the GTVA's version.

Use the Alternate Name tag in FRED to get two different ships with the same name. Would that work? 

LoL, I can only imagine a mission where you're in a Herc II and suddenly you see the enemy also flying Herc II's... but they look so different... both sides of the battle would probably go

Well the Antaeus isn't a herc so we don't have that problem.
