What purpose does the GTCa Lenaeus serve?  Is it less anti capship than the Warlock?  Or vice versa?

It's the Terran light carrier. The player is (at least in the old plot version) stationed on the Oracle, a Lenaeus carrier. It uses the same base model as the Sagittarius carrier from TVWP, just with different turrets.

I don't think there's a HTL version but it's got better turrets and textures.

i played it.. to mission 11... it was a cuple moths ago, and i don't remember which of the 200+ ships it was...

It's the Terran Destroyer, the class that gets destroyed in a Lindos strike while defending the Melia Gate.

And I believe the Vasudan cruiser starts with an "S". Shai?

The Boreas is the wrench-shaped Terran heavy destroyer. The only one in INFR1 is the GTD Reyes, which appears in "Fenced In" and gets speared by the EAD Undaunted at the end of the mission.

The ship to the right in that picture is the GTC Bellerophon. I don't know what the Vasudan cruiser is though.
