There's also the GTCv Reyena that's built with a (similar) configuration.

The Reyena, to my knowledge, has never appeared in a released mission. I'm not even sure the model itself is released. We know the Lindos.

This Reyena? It certainly is released.

I suppose it has some similarity to the Lindos, but the Lindos has many more of its turrets pointing to the front.
