Android Mobile Login Page Missing Login Button

When trying to login on an Android device, clicking the login link takes you to a page where you can enter username, password, and timeout, but has no button or link to proceed. The only link present is for forgot your password.

Yeah, I was about to comment on that fact. I couldn't log in at all on my tablet.

ngld:
The problem happens on desktop browsers as well. You can still use the login form at the top though.

Sandwich added a missing line in the theme.  Try it now.

Login page works on desktop now.
