I have FSO and when ever I am in a nebula mission the ships look like this:

Looks like an envmap...
Just disable this feature in the launcher and it should look normal I think...

Have you got environment mapping or alpha environment mapping set?

You'll find them on the launcher under Features>>List Type?>>Experimental



BTW is there any reason why -env and -alpha_env are still in the experimental section? We've had them a long time now.
