Multiplayer Patch 2.6 Restores Player Hosted Games

JGZinv:
Some two years ago the lobby changed IP addresses again, after 5 years of patches keeping pace,
they moved to one too long to put in the files. So we became stuck. We tried making do with Tunngle, Hamachi, Evolve, etc.

We finally got around that issue and this will restore player hosted games for all players, via Novaworld.
