PSA: BPC 1.1.5 Fails to Load Some Missions on FSO 21.4.0

There is an error in several missions of the War in Heaven campaigns that will cause FSO 21.4.0 to display an error when attempting to load those missions. The second mission of WiH Act 1, Collateral Damage, being one example.

To get around this simply run BPC with FSO 21.2.0 instead. This has been tested and is working.
