I really suggest playing through the unmodded versions of the retail campaigns first.
 No SCP, no media VPs.

Then running it in full visual upgrade mode and seeing just how gorgeous its been mace.

Multilayer is as far as I know, experimental.   I might well be wrong, did you play squadwar?

Hey everybody, I just got FS2 setup with the Knossos mod manager. I've been itching to play a space game with a joystick for awhile now, and I managed to find this HLP community. I need to figure out which mods to start with for playing the base campaign/story, any suggestions? Mainly looking for graphics/control upgrades to match my display and joystick (Thrustmaster T.16000m FCS).

I was registered here about 14 years ago (As RandallFlagg), and came back because I rediscovered FS2.
Hoping I can figure out how to get my joystick to work in Solaris's mod. Works fine in FS2.
