Hey, all. Here's a question I've wanted to ask for quite some time now: sometimes, when I view Who's Online, I see actions like Unknown Action and Nothing, or nothing you can see.... Can anyone tell me what's going on?

"Unknown action" means there is no $txt['who_action'] string defined for the action being performed. Usually this means it is not built-in action in SMF but added by a modification.
"Nothing, or nothing you can see" means you have no permission to see what the user is doing. Usually these are administration or moderation functions as well as any action in boards you have no access to.
Users that are hidden are not displayed in who's online list.
