Windowed mode and switching

Sorry guys, in my most recent build I think I may have submitted code that messes up directx windowed mode. However I have a fix and will apply it when I can.

Also I have figured out how to allow task switching again. Might need a bit more work to tie it into the video system but its a start.

Im very busy at the moment but I will attend to these things when I can. Keep the build compiling and runnable and I'll get them in all the quicker.

False alarm, you guys dont have the line of code that would have caused the problem.
