That's a tung-in-cheek response to requests for a forward-turret-armed version of the new Mentu.  A frontal-armed HTL-Mentu has been released, but its forward turret doesn't look anything as elaborate as that.

Seriously though, yes, better handling of launch tubes is definitely desired. But they are possible now.
