Title: Wrong intros, FS2 instead of showing instead of FS1 when selecting FSport mod

Hi guys, first off I just wanna let you know how happy I am with the mods. I've successfully installed and played a bit of FS2 Open with mediavps3612 and everything looked and worked gorgeous. Awesome great work.

However after putting the fsport and fsport_mediavps folders in the root location of FS2 and selecting them via the 55g launcher, the intro for FS2 loaded instead of the oringinal FS1 (the Riviera at Ross 128).

How do I go about this? BTW I downloaded the full package that includes the odeon_fs1.vp file. I followed the instructions as well as I could, but I think I missed something out.

It should be fsport-mediavps, not fsport_mediavps.

I renamed the folder to fsport-mediavps. However the intro cutscene is still showing FS2 and not FS1.  :shaking:

How do I go about this? Did I misplace the .ogg files from FS2 straight into the root folder? Was I supposed to create a subdir or something?

Please help.  :confused:

If you have .vp files containing the cutscenes, the FS2 cutscene .vp should go to \freespace2\  and the FS1 cutscene .vp should go to \freespace2\fsport\ .

If you have separate .ogg files, the FS2 cutscenes should go to \freespace2\data\movies\ and the FS1 cutscenes should go to \freespace2\fsport\data\movies\ . If these directories do not exist, create them.

AWESOME! That did the trick! Thank you so much.

FYI, the FS2 cutscenes were in .ogg format so I've put them in the freespace2/data/movies folder while the cutscenes for FS1 were in .vp format, I just left it in the fsport folder as it is.
