I know it's not exactly wiki material, but it is handy to have, at least, I find it handy because I don't have to go frolicking through the SCP forum to find out what features people've requested.
Anyway, I added a couple sections for in-progress and completed features. I'm not sure if someone wants to try and make a big 'Features in SCP' page, so I didn't want to just erase requests that'd been fulfilled.

Let me rephrase. Didn't I already add feature requests to the old page only to have them mysteriously vanish now that you've done a new one.

Well, I don't remember seeing them, nor do they appear in the history...so I dunno. :wtf:
