Re: This may have been solved....
OK, that one has to do with the animation code, which in this case is being used to set the multi-part turrets' initial positions to something other than striaght up or down.  This may take some time to fix, but one or more of your ships.tbl or shp.tbm files need updating to use the new builds.  You can fix each rather easily by opening it up in Wordpad and using the replace feature under the edit tab.  Now, the following is assuming that you're using a build of March 1st or newer.  Open the table or modular table file, and tell it to find all instances of "inital" (make sure its spelt exactly like that, and include the quotation marks) and replace it with initial (again, use that exact spelling and do NOT include any quotation marks).  Remember to do this with all ships.tbl and -shp.tbm files in the Port mod directory, any mod directories that it may be stacked on, and onto your base install.  You may have to extract the files out of any VP files that the game may be accessing for this.

That should be nonfatal though and you can click the middle button (cancel?) to make them go away and keep playing.  I'd recommending running any debug exe in a window (add -window) since you tend to see a lot of those little error boxes if you haven't checked your setup out in a while.

Ok I'll look into it.  I already know how to change the table files should it shouldn't be too hard.....I think

If I clicked cancel, it quit out of the game, and yes breakes into my debugger, which I have no idea how to use, and no just pops up the same thing over and over again.

...and no just pops up the same thing over and over again.

There are tens of turret barrel aligment settings in the table file and each of those generate similar error. So its not the same thing over and over again but rather many identical problems.
