Interesting little bug....
I had just played Reaching the Zenith or whatever that mission is called, and blown up the Zenith and Benedict like I was supposed to. The mission Red-Alerts to the Rosetta mission (I'm none too good with mission names), but.... the Zenith is back... at zero percent integrity, yet it is not blowing up.

As I understand, the Zenith shows up in that mission should you fail to blow it up on the mission beforehand. I didn't fail, so why was there a zero-healthed Zenith sitting in the Altair jump node?

Also, on that same mission, my wingmates did not follow orders very well. I would give an order to a single fighter, and the whole wing would take off, or I'd tell them to guard Omega 2, and they'd guard Omega 1 instead.

Anyone else having these problems?

The Zenith bug is a SCP issue.  I dunno about the comm orders.
