I just found this funny (and I'm not in any way implying that they ripped us off) but doesn't the Staff of Chronos from Red vs Blue look rather familiar? Sure you'd have to knock the turrets off but the first time I saw it in the video I actually had to pause and take another look to make sure it wasn't a Bolitho. :D

Might actually be some canon-ish Halo design. I've seen a lot of official-ish concept art that look like that. Then again, Halo canon is a bloody mess.

It certainly has the same style as the Pillar of Autumn, though much smaller and a bit flatter.

Yep. It's a canon Haloverse Earth destroyer. (http://www.halopedian.com/UNSC_destroyer) I was never too hot on the design, I thought it didn't fit in with the rest of the fleet, but the RVB model does a good job of making the styling more consistent with the ships from the games.

Seen from the side it even has that space under the nose that is occupied by a big turret on the Bolitho. :D
